We are getting into the customs biz !

We have been out, working for some time but thought it would be cool to show what we been working on. They are far from perfect, hell probably far from average but we enjoy creating these customs. It is a progress from learning the ends and outs. To be honest the best figure customizers, usually don't want to give you any of their secrets because, hey they got to make there money and can't have everyone making their same figs.

What got us into customs, is the cool WWE figures we saw. And us being big WWE fans we decided to give it a try:

We started with the SHIELD. They were new and fresh and never seen too many figures made of them. We had some extra jakks laying around and went for it. This was a sloppy process but learned from this set.

Being a Punk Fan, I really wanted a Ring Of Honor version of him. I think I captured what I wanted but It was not as clean. Also I learned, fans much rather have Elites than Basics.

Speaking of basics, I wanted a APA battle pack and thought basics would work. Elite versions made no sense because they never removed their shirts. Also had to purchase Titan Tron Live set of these two to make these. The bummer about this is we put them on ebay and had muliple people buy them, never pay and when one did, they basically got them for what i\I paid for the Titan Tron 2 pack. LOL, Win for them though.

Now this is when I started to really want to get some Elites done. I started to Work on this Ultimate Warrior and had an extra Macho Man, so I decided to make him as they looked in their Summerslam match. I think the Macho will work better as an Elite and have plans to recreate this figure in the future.

In time I would love to make an Elite Val Venis but in the mean time a basic was fun to do. Now I sold him on Ebay but the guy never paid. Sold it again, same thing. So I kept it.lol

Had an extra Ryback head, so created his famous entrance look. The look didn't last long because fter his feud with Cena, he was buried.

I did a Jakks Fandango before but decided he needed the Elite treatment. I felt we did a really good job with this figure. He looks clean and accurate. Thankfully the buyer paid and was sent out immediately, glad it went to a great home.

This was a personal must for me. Daniel Bryan has yet to get the big beard treatment. Even his newest figures, the beard is not respected. I decided to go the route of his team hell no look. Funny thing is a basic was just released with this attire. I also mafe the Jacket. It had to be done. Love his jacket.

I am trying to tackle a lot of the Attitude Era characters. I think this Gangrel is good as it can get. Figure probably cost me about $40 to put together and sold for half of that. Bit it comes down to making it right and getting to a fan no matter the price.

There has been no Triple H mad in his last run as a wrestler. I really liked this. I started to branch out and make clothing at this time.

Everybody does a Flair, custom, so why not. It was simple and fun. Whoooooo!

I was watching old debut matches and after watching Mankind, I wondered why they never made him when he looked like this. Patches of hair missing and his J.R interview attire.

I had the right pieces for a Big E Langston, so I had to make the guy. I was pretty happy with this one but I had to make his upper attire, which is not perfect. Again the molding and sculting has been a learning process.

Also been working on heroclix customs, man they are hard to paint.

At the moment we are trying to make the best customs we can, we have alot in the works and plan to have a new El Generico up sometime this upcoming week.
